My mom and I hired Holly Rohrbacher to help us with several last minute wedding details and to take charge of my wedding day. I was immersed in nursing school while planning my wedding so Holly was very helpful in providing tips on where to get items as well as outlining tasks for the weeks leading up to the wedding. She offered many times to pick up items and to help us out in any way possible. Holly did a great job organizing and coordinating the wedding rehearsal with the officiant, during a unexpected torrential down poor. On the day of the wedding (which turned out sunny and beautiful) she really took charge and effectively led the efforts of our many volunteer guests. The only surprise on the big day was my fiancé’s missing bowtie. Holly was off to the nearest mall without missing a beat to find a replacement. She was back shortly with a perfect match and with plenty of time to make sure all other details were in order before the ceremony began. She took the stress off all of us with her calm demeanor and positive attitude. Holly is a perfect choice if you are looking for a calm and positive wedding coordinator.
Holly has been an integral part of the successful growth of Bloedel Reserve’s annual Garden Party fundraiser helping it grow from a friend-raiser to a gala that brings in nearly $500,000 to support our gem of a public garden. She’s visionary, rational, has high standards and is just… super fun to work with!
