Holly Rohrbacher

Embarking on an exhilarating journey in event planning over two decades ago, I kickstarted my career at IslandWood, where I unleashed my creativity as the Special Events Coordinator. From orchestrating grand dinner auctions to crafting intimate family retreats, I immersed myself in the art of creating unforgettable moments.
After leaving my mark at IslandWood, I took on the role of Executive Assistant for a distinguished philanthropist on Bainbridge Island, seamlessly juggling the complexities of calendar management, correspondence, shopping extravaganzas, and even adding a dash of culinary flair to the mix.
Today, my passion for events knows no bounds as I dive headfirst into the diverse tapestry of non-profit, corporate, and milestone occasions. Armed with an unstoppable blend of boundless energy, infectious enthusiasm, an eagle eye for detail, a wealth of seasoned experience, and a constant infusion of cutting-edge ideas, I transform each project into a dynamic, unforgettable masterpiece. Let’s turn your vision into an experience that resonates long after the event lights dim.
Here is a list of a few of my non-profit and corporate clients:
- The Bloedel Reserve

A major focus of my business centers on the art of wedding planning. Throughout each summer, my weekends are dedicated to joining families in celebrating their truly special occasions. Being part of the process that transforms a couple’s wedding day into an unforgettable memory is something I genuinely love and take pride in.
