Holly Rohrbacher – Principal

I have been working in Event Planning and Organizing since 2004. My experience began at the outdoor education facility IslandWood as the Special Events Coordinator. I organized large dinner auctions and small family retreats. After IslandWood I began working as an Executive Assistant to an influential Bainbridge Island philanthropist helping to manage her calendar, shopping, correspondence and food preparation. Events are really my passion and I currently plan both non-profit, corporate and milestone events. I bring energy, enthusiasm, attention to detail, experience and new ideas to all my projects.

A large part of my business is planning weddings and each year my summer weekends are spent with families celebrating their very special occasion. I love to assist in making a couples wedding day something they will remember forever.


Brittany Clarke – Event Assistant

I am a people person! My ability to plan, multi-task and maintain composure in high stress situations has come from over a decade of hospitality experience. Wedding and event planning is a new passion of mine. I strive to meet the needs of my clients and make the planning process easy. I am also quick to respond to unexpected challenges during an event. I graduated from Seattle University and while I was a student I cultivated my skills as a leader, problem solver, and team player. I hope to be able to use my personal skills to assist in planning your next memorable event.
